The Luncheon guest speaker this year is Rudy Giuliani, former mayor of New York City. He was praised for reducing crime by 56% during his term. New York City used to be considered one of the most dangerous cities in the United States; now, other law enforcement agencies are modeling their strategies after the NYPD. NAPE Summit attendees are anxiously looking forward to his luncheon appearance.

The Business Conference is another yearly tradition held before the exhibits open. Starting at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, guests are treated to a host of speakers discussing various topics within the industry. This year, guest speakers include executives from some of the largest companies in the field. Speakers will discuss topics like legal challenges, E&P trends, and technology.
